Who it's for
Anyone carrying stress in the shoulders and back, and anyone with one big, stubborn knot my hands can't work out. One of my regulars tried hot stones once and now asks for them every visit, even in summer.
What I do in the session
I place and glide heated stones through the massage. When there's a large knot or trigger point that my hands alone can't release, heat helps it melt. I move the stones in the same directions and flow as my hands, so it feels seamless. Clients tell me they barely noticed a tool was being used. Stones can run in the same session as cupping.
How it differs from my other services
Hot stones are warmth first. They work well for stress and for knots that won't give way. Cupping lifts tight tissue, and sports massage adds stretching. Hot stones are the one to pick when you want to melt rather than be pressed.
Length and price
60 minutes, $110. 90 minutes, $165. 120 minutes, $220. Hot stones are included in every price. I bought the stones one time, so I don't charge extra every time you want them. Price changes only with length. Prices as of October 2026.
